what do you think about when falling asleep? I wish I had an answer for this, but in all honesty, nothing. My mind doesn’t wander. I don’t get stressed, I don’t have “what if” moments, I don’t think crazy things. I lie down and fall asleep. Though, sometimes when I’m lying there awake, I’ll just hope that I have dreams when I do fall asleep.
