Been lacking motivation the last couple of months and my weightloss has really slowed down. Havent tracked in weeks. Well, just to prove that tracking really does work, I started again this week and since Wednesday I’ve lost 2 & a half pounds. One more to go and I will have officially lost 42 lbs/ 3 stone! Ahhhhh! Want at least 50 by new year… But if I can keep this up, 4 stone might not be as far away as I thought :)
but ive lost over two stone now, since the end of may. so im pretty pleased with myself :3
22 in total, cant actually believe it. dont think ive weighed this amount since i was maybe 16 or something!
since i’ve joined weightwatchers i’ve been seriously lacking in motivation on the knitting front - i keep thinking, if i knit this, it might be too big one day. or, i wont knit it in a smaller size incase i dont achieve my goal. so i’ve been doing a lot of baby stuff for display in the shop. so i’ve decided that as motivation to lose the weight - i’ve promised myself i’m going to knit this in rowan pure wool aran (will most likely do it in a very dark charcoal grey). i’ve wanted to make a dress for so long but put it off because of my hips.
total of 17.5 lbs since may 23rd, pretty happy with that!
i actually cant physically see any difference yet though, which is the only thing getting me down. fed up of this body, in need of some serious inspiration and with that, motivation.
using isight on my mac, compared to 2 weeks ago. surprisingly motivating. 16+ pounds down, many more to go.

yeah its great that ive lost my first stone
but its really dawned on me just how much more i need to lose
and i dont want to deprive myself of all the foods i love over the next few months
